Customized Multisport Training Plans with Full Coach Access

If you’re the type of athlete who wants motivation, accountability, structure, and would like consistent fitness data and prefers a customized plan to be developed, with an experienced coach along your side the entire journey, then a Customized Multisport Training Plan with Coach Access could be the perfect fit for you! I’ll discuss your fitness goals, determine how far out you are from your event and write a customized plan to fit your situation! The $149 per month plan includes swim, bike, run and strength training. I can also tailor a plan for your different needs for as low as $99 per month. CUSTOMIZED TRIATHLON COACHED PLANS $149/mo.

What You Get:

  • This plan includes customized coaching plans for swim, bike, run and strength training (if desired).

  • Contact Ignite Multisport for plans tailored to different needs such as customized coaching for swim/bike, bike/run, run only, etc…Plans start at $100 per month.

  • Training Peaks Premium Account. This allows me to track, analyze and discuss your fitness data and metric with you; allowing for adaptations as needed.

  • Custom training plan developed in Training Peaks that incorporate your training, races and personal schedules; using a combination of power, pace and hear rate zones; downloadable workouts to use with Garmin, TrainerRoad, Zwift or other 3rd party applications.

  • I can offer detailed race day plans including: race nutrition, pacing strategy, course recon, packing lists and itineraries if desired. Communication pre- and post-race.

  • Initially conduct fitness assessments for swim, bike and run. Consistently re-visit fitness assessments to ensure we are creating growth potential for you.

  • Strength training and conditioning is important for many athletes. I have developed a strength training component that is included.

  • You’ll receive regular email/Training Peaks communication from me regarding the review of your fitness status, upcoming training and other information as necessary.

  • You’ll have unlimited communication via email/Training Peaks during normal weekday business hours with monthly video/phone calls as needed.

  • Applicable discounts with Ignite Multisport when available.

Customized Training Plans Non-Coached

If you’re an experienced type of athlete who knows how to perform the workouts, and simply wants a customized, structured plan to be developed for your specific races, needs and goals, one of these customized plans are right for you! I’ll discuss your fitness goals, determine how far out you are from your event and write a customized plan to fit your situation! If you don’t see a plan that fits your schedule and race calendar, contact me and I’ll work with you to develop one that meets your needs.   • Custom training plan developed in Training Peaks that incorporate your training, races and personal schedules for the duration of the plan; using a combination of power, pace and hear rate zones; downloadable workouts to use with Garmin, TrainerRoad, Zwift or other 3rd party applications.

  • Strength training and conditioning is important for many athletes. I can develop a strength training plan for you for an additional one-time fee of $19.

  • You’ll have communication via email/Training Peaks during normal weekday business hours for the first 2 weeks of the plan to answer plan-related questions/concerns.
